What happens when I pay $99? 

When you join Momentum River you are placed in a 15 person matrix (a 2 x 3 matrix). This relatively small matrix includes you (at the top spot of your matrix) … and then … after a very short time… 

… 2 others take positions in your level 2

… 4 others take positions in your level 3

… 8 others take positions in your level 4 and that fills your matrix.

Here’s how you make money: 

·      You are paid as the matrix fills and when it is full - $130 will already have been deposited in your account and you have made your first profit of $31 (You paid $99, and you received $130). 

·      $31 is not a lot of money -- but after matrix one fills the profit generating power of Momentum River begins to accelerate. New matrixes are formed (we use the term “spawned”) and you are constantly being placed into those new matrixes which also fill, which also spawn and which also PAY.  After several spawns you will be making $410 on every filled matrix that you are placed in.  And, as Momentum River expands, you will be filling a lot of matrixes.

What’s the secret? How can this program work? 

1.     Matrix monies received = Matrix monies distributed.

In Momentum River ALL the money that gets paid into a matrix is used to pay others in the matrix. After $19 of the initial $99 is deducted to cover hosting fees and admin expenses, no matrix money is siphoned out or held back – it ALL gets paid out and earnings are posted daily. Everyone in Momentum River directly benefits from everyone who joins the river. NO ONE can be left behind or left profitless. That’s not a slogan –that’s a fact! 

2.    The simple but powerful mathematical principle of multiplication … insures that as people are added to the expanding matrix (think at least 2 more being added for everyone already on board) growth is assured. All About Your Part Is Done (YPID)

What is it and how does it differ from the Momentum River package?

·      YPID is our premium package and is sold separately form Momentum River. It is similar to Momentum River in that it too features an expanding matrix that fills as others join. Although the YPID matrix configuration differs from Momentum River (there is no “spawning” in the YPID matrix), the matrix filling principles are otherwise similar.

·      The BIG difference between the two programs is that with YPID your initial earnings are applied toward the purchase of a KANGEN WATER MACHINE for you.  Other than the $646 you spend to join, you will pay nothing for your Kangen water machine –  a huge no cost benefit to you. What are the 4 Payout Categories in the YPID  Compensation Plan?

1.            Momentum River Earnings:

     The $646 package includes your enrollment in the Momentum River package.  Everything you have read in the MR section above is rolled into this $646 package and operates for you in exactly the same way that it would if you had purchased it separately.  The additional income streams that follow are unique to the $646 package.

2. YPID Matrix Earnings:

     The Funds that are allocated to the six levels in your YPID matrix grow as other YPID people are placed below you in the YPID matrix (not to be confused with the Momentum river matrix).  As your earnings build past the $4,200 level they are paid out to you twice a month. The people who are added to your YPID team are brought into the YPID opportunity from company marketing campaigns as well as from you if you choose to refer/sponsor others.  You are not required to sponsor people into your team but doing so will greatly accelerate your earnings pace.

3.    Kangen Commission Earnings:

Once you have received your Kangen water machine (happens automatically when you reach $4,200 earnings in your matrix) you will become a registered distributor with the Enagic Company, the manufactures of these machines.  This is a VERY GOOD outcome for you because from this point forward the machines provided to others when they reach the $4200 earnings level, as you did, will be credited as sales to you and to others in the YPID program.  “Credited as sales” means “payment of commissions” to you!  For your first credited sale, you will receive a commission check of $285.  The per machine “sold” commission will increase to $570 after only the 3^rd “sale” and can grow larger still with higher volume. DON’T MISS THIS IMPORTANT POINT – You do not need to become a salesperson, you do not need to approach anyone, you do not need to do anything to benefit from this income stream.  We will find the people. We will credit you with “sales”. You will receive the commissions, because Your Part Is Done!. 4.      YPID Referral Fees:

If you choose to refer someone to the YPID program and they choose to join, two different referral fees are paid.  You as the new person’s sponsor will receive $75.  The person who sponsored you will receive $50.
